Payment Cycle:
- Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis.
- For example: Work completed between 1st–31st July 2025 will be
paid by 10th August 2025.
- Timelines may vary project to project based on client approval
cycles.

for faster payouts within 48 hours, subject to approval.
Terms & Conditions:

Engagement Type: This work order is on a contractual/gig basis and
does not constitute an employer/employee relationship.

Payment Terms: Payouts are made per successful milestone as
outlined in the Payout Structure. No payment for incomplete or
rejected tasks.

Taxes and Deductions: Applicable taxes/TDS will be deducted as per
Indian law.

No Third-Party: The Gig Partner may not outsource, subcontract or
assign this work order to a third party.

Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent onboarding or
misrepresentation will result in immediate termination and a
penalty of 2000 per case.

Verification Rights: GigsTM reserves the right to verify all tasks
and approve payouts based on validation and reporting.

Non-Compete: The Gig Partner must not work for similar tasks until
ongoing project, including onboarding and catalog activation, is
completed and settled.

Guidelines: The Gig Partner will have access to scripts,
onboarding checklists, and standard operating procedures for
seller acquisition.

Data Protection: All data shared must be kept confidential as per
GigsTM's data policies and Indian data protection laws (e.g., DPDP
Act, 2023) with no unauthorized sharing.

Non-Completion: Effectively unfulfilled targets or tasks will not
be paid and, for verified partners, late reports may delay payouts
for up to 15 days.

Termination: Either party may terminate this work order with 15
days' advance notice.

Governing Law: This work order is governed by the laws of India,
with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Jhansi.

Miscellaneous: The terms and rights in this work order shall be
enforced through appropriate legal channels. This work order is
governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1996.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest shall
remain enforceable.
